Refund Policy for HomesbyAlexPurdy, IsabellePurdy, and AlexiPurdy

1. 48 Hours or More Notice:

Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 48 hours in advance will incur an administrative fee of $25 to cover processing costs.

2. Less Than 48 Hours Notice:

Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.

3. 24 Hours or Less Notice:

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the entire session fee.

4. No-Show or Same-Day Cancellations:

If a client fails to show up or cancels on the day of the appointment, the full session fee will be charged.

Free rescheduling is available, but last-minute reschedules will incur an additional surcharge of $25.

Special Cases:

Emergency Exceptions: Fees may be waived in genuine emergencies if clients communicate promptly.

In-Person Appointments:

No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

Late Arrivals:

Late arrivals will not be accommodated. The appointment will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.

Traveling Fees:

Home services will be charged at 25% more than the regular price if within 25 miles of the primary consultation location.

Costs for airfare, car rentals, and other transportation will be included if significant travel is required.

Accommodation costs for overnight stays will be charged, with hotel costs ranging from $162 to $500 depending on the location and duration of the stay.

Hourly rates for travel time will apply for distances beyond 25 miles.
